GRIEF TENDING·SOUL WORK·RITUAL

For those navigating loss, transition, or change— and longing for a deeper connection to themselves, to community and to the wider web of life. Find support for life’s thresholds through grief tending, soul work and ritual.

ABOUT SHANDRA

Shandra Bauer is a grief tender, yoga teacher and group facilitator whose work centers on parts of life we often carry alone-loss, transition, spiritual disconnection, and the ache to experience deep belonging.

She creates spaces where grief and life’s thresholds are not something to move through quickly, but something to be honored, witnessed and held- in community and in the intimate container of one-to-one work.

What participants carry with them

“Shandra provided a safe container for our group to share our stories. She reminded us that it was okay to be raw and messy in our feeling…. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is grieving and looking for compassionate support.”

— Liz P., Mindful Grieving Program

“With a wise soul and open heart, she knows how to hold pain and sorrow with deep listening and quiet compassion. I felt I could relax into her care. I'm truly grateful.”

— Cindy K., Retreat & Mindful Grieving Participant

“Being deep in grief of losing my mother, I was concerned I would be too raw to participate. Shandra facilitated a group that felt not only safe, but healing.”

— Jessica Noche- Participant in Mindful Grieving Program

“Action on behalf of life transforms. Because the relationship between self and the world is reciprocal, it is not a question of first getting enlightened or saved and then acting. As we work to heal the earth, the earth heals us.”
