The Mindful Grieving 6 Week Program is a grief focused yoga therapy program that offers support amidst grief and loss of any kind.

You are invited to explore how grief is present in your body and offered a space to be witnessed in community.

Mindful Grieving is an opportunity to observe and witness grief and loss in yourself and one another, creating the space for healing, integration and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and to community.
