The Mindful Grieving 6 Week Program is a grief focused yoga therapy program that offers support amidst grief and loss of any kind.
You are invited to explore how grief is present in your body and offered a space to be witnessed in community.
Mindful Grieving is an opportunity to observe and witness grief and loss in yourself and one another, creating the space for healing, integration and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and to community.

Investment: Tiered Pricing $200/$250/$300/$350
I am offering this session with tiered pricing to make the program more accessible. The typical cost of the program to cover my time facilitating, planning, creating the resource document, and other business expenses is $300.00.
Please choose the price that is accessible and generous. Paying on the higher end of the scale helps balance the cost for those paying on the lower end of the scale.
