Yoga Teacher
Group Facilitator
Grief Tender
Shandra Bauer is a yoga teacher and group facilitator who creates spaces for connection, community and belonging.
Shandra Bauer offers a wholehearted space for you to feel seen, accepted and held exactly as you are. She is passionate about inviting others to connect to themselves, community and our interconnected world through the use of yoga, meditation and embodiment practices.
Shandra believes our aliveness is found in exploring our full humanity and all that life brings our way including grief, loss, joy, wonder and awe. She is honored and grateful to witness others along their journey and gently guide them to access their inner wisdom, connection and unconditional love.
“Shandra provided a safe container for our group to share our stories and experiences of grief. She reminded us that it was okay to be raw and messy in our feelings.
She did a lovely job of reflecting back what we shared and making us feel seen, validated, and never judged.
I highly recommend this program to anyone who is grieving and looking for compassionate support.”

“To honor our grief, to grant it space and time in our frantic world, is to fulfill a covenant with our soul-to welcome all that is, thereby granting room for our most authentic life.”
