The Mindful Grieving 6 Month Virtual Program is an expanded version of the 6 week program. It follows an evolutionary progression that guides participants through a process of self-inquiry to not only move through their grief but to experience greater clarity and understanding of their purpose and life path.
Going through a loss can often cause one to question or even redefine their identity. This can be a confusing and scary place to be, but through the support of a loving and accepting community, participants are guided to discover new parts of themselves and grow; not in spite of their grief, but because of it.

Investment: $1320 paid in full OR
$220 monthly for 6 months
Space is limited to ten participants, one scholarship available, discount for previous participants in 6 week program

Grief is a universal and normal part of life.
Yet often we aren’t taught the skills or do not have access to a community to navigate this experience.
The Mindful Grieving Program is a space to explore this journey with a unique and integrative approach.

The 6 month program allows us the time to create an intimate and vulnerable space to explore our grief and witness each other.

The Mindful Grieving Program is unique because we address and explore grief in our physical body, emotional body, mental body and spiritual body.
Befriending our inner experience and the layered experience of grief through meditation, embodiment practices and yoga poses.

The weekly themes guide participants on a deep inner journey that allow them to access their wisdom and self-understanding.
We learn the skills of developing a practice to support us, setting boundaries, self-compassion, understanding strengths and many more.
