Weaving Grief and Love: A community circle honoring grief and loss

  • ArtLitLab 111 S. Livingston Street Madison, WI , USA United States (map)

You are invited to a 90-minute experiential circle to honor and witness grief and loss of any kind. Grief and love are connected and are sacred expressions of what we hold dear, personally and collectively. Held within the powerful art exhibit, “Grief Wave” by Jennifer Bastian, this circle will invite participants into a deeper intimacy with love and loss through a grounding embodiment practice, a simple hands-on weaving project, and a closing integration practice.

Facilitated by Shandra Bauer, grief tender and registered yoga teacher, and the Madison Death Collective Co-Founders Meghan Johnson and Taylor Franklin. You are invited to show up EXACTLY as you are and participate in the way that makes sense to you.
