The body can be source of wisdom and intelligence as we navigate our lives, experience transition, loss and change.
Learning to listen deeply is a skill that can be remembered and cultivated.
My work is to support and guide you in the process of embodied listening.
I offer a space for you to practice deep listening, soul-tending and embodied transformation.
In a world where the pace can feel frantic, hurried and full of distractions, I offer a virtual space to SLOW down, listen in and tend to your deepest longings.
I believe that the wisdom and intelligence of your body, mind and heart can guide you towards a life that is full of connection, clarity, belonging and joy.
The guiding values of my work are community, connection and belonging. My deepest desire is for you to be in deeper relationship with yourself, others and the more than human world.
I bring my experience as a registered yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, facilitator, grief tender and ritualist to create a place for you to feel fully seen and heard.
What can I expect in a session?

The most important part of our work together is that you feel safe enough and resourced to listen in. I use gentle trauma-informed practices to guide you into your body and find a sense of anchoring and rootedness.

We explore whatever is present for you that day while also connecting to your deeper intention that you hope to move towards. Orienting to your soulful longings through deep listening into the body-mind-heart.

We explore somatic practices, breathing techniques, yoga postures, visualizations, writing prompts, and other tools for more fully exploring and embodying what you are seeking to transform or navigate.

We end each session with a space to integrate and close our time together. Exploring how you might move the changes and transformation you seek more fully into your life in a way that makes sense to you.
Logistics:
I offer sessions virtually on Zoom
Sessions are 60 minutes
My rate is $125 per session (please inquire about sliding scale options)
We can decide together how many sessions will be right for you.
