Rooted Tenacity
What is Rooted Tenacity?
Rooted Tenacity is inspired by the image of a tree:
rooted and sturdy, while also adaptable, resilient, and flexible at the top.
Trees are connected to each other, providing sustenance and support,
but also grounded in their individual strength and beauty.
As we look toward the future, with uncertainty and sometimes fear, we can also remember our strength, our creativity, and our tenacity. Our ability to find ways through, to advocate and work for the compassionate and just world that we want for all.
This program is intended for the advocates, the space holders, the champions and change makers. We also invite people who are wondering what to do or how to be aligned with collective liberation and creating change in their life or work. Together, we will support each other and explore topics that will help us think deeply and creatively about how we can be conduits of change.
Because change happens in community, together.
What will we do?

We believe this group is for anyone who is longing to show up and use their own specific skills, gifts and desires to create a life affirming and just future for all.
Being an agent of change starts inside of each of us and we all find different ways of expressing ourselves in change work. Whether you are an experienced advocate or activist or feeling inspired/confused/eager to do something now, you are welcome here.

We ask that all participants commit to three months of participation. This supports the growth of community and continuity. If you are absolutely unhappy with the program, we can discuss early discontinuation individually.

There are two live calls each month:
Live group coaching circle (third Tuesday 4-5 PM CDT)
