Monthly Virtual Grief and Loss Community Circle

This event is a monthly donation-based Grief and Loss Community Circle held virtually via Zoom. The intention of this gathering is to create space to witness grief and loss of any kind and also to be in community with one another.

You are invited to come together once a month for a 75-minute circle in which I will offer a theme, poem or pondering, guide you through a centering meditation as a way to connect to the experience of grief in your body, facilitate a sharing circle and close with an integration practice.

These are typically offered on the first Monday of the month. Please register ahead of time and try to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

I welcome and address all types of grief and loss including loss of people, pets, jobs, relationships, health, collective grief such as that related to climate change, racial injustice, war, and the losses associated with living under systems of oppression. This is a beautiful space to witness each other in this universal human experience of grief and to listen deeply to one another.

There are community guidelines I offer as a way to keep the space safe enough and boundaried so that we feel comfortable sharing our vulnerable and tender hearts.

Cost: donation based, suggested donation is $15-25 per session depending on your financial situation Everyone is welcome so please do not let financial constraints stop you from attending.

You can offer a donation for Shandra’s time and energy via Venmo or Zelle:
