Tending to Endings

A virtual workshop honoring transition and change

Sunday November 17th

1:00-3:00 PM CDT on Zoom

Endings, whether chosen or not, are meant to be marked, honored and held with reverence individually and in community.

We are cyclical beings, constantly experiencing change of one sort or the other.  With change and transition comes endings that are small and ordinary as well as those that are vast and earth shattering.  Even within changes that are joyful, celebratory and chosen there is still a sense of loss and a threshold to cross.  Endings may include relationships, jobs, health conditions, stages of parenting, the menopausal transition, retirement, deaths, identity shifts, and many more.

Join me for a 2 hour virtual workshop to tend any endings that may be present for you.  Through writing prompts, embodiment practice, ritual and optional group sharing you will be invited to honor the impermanence of life and the inevitable seasons and cycles you may be encountering.  Within our exploration and honoring of endings you will be invited to open into the spaciousness and possibility of the beginning that naturally emerges when an ending has been generously and lovingly tended.

Cost: $50.00 (please reach out if cost is a barrier to discuss scholarship option)

Note: There is a maximum of 12 participants for this offering.

Please have a quiet, confidential space to attend including an area for sitting and also lying down.  All of the practices can be adapted for any mobility adaptations or restrictions you may have.

Everything is offered in a trauma informed manner and is invitational.
